"7? 7?! But I'm more attractive than you!"

Lol... you conceited little bastard :P

Max, lighten up; that one little notch on the proverbial stick of life is more than I ever got.

Oh, and I almost forgot... in a fit of burgeoning insanity (inanity?), it looks as if one may well have gone to click the "log off" button, but instead, inadvertently signed oneself up for an account on FaceBattle.com. Feel free to pop on over and stick it to me with both barrels... you know you wanna :P

Welcome to My Area

And lo, yet another potential blog title emerges from the ether - The Thought Train

If I decide not to use it, then it's up for grabs... though why anyone would wish to incorporate an idea already befouled by my name is beyond me.

Dammit, Shez... what is wrong with you?

Ugh. I just want to cry/die with the frustration of it all. Okay then; cry it is...

But darling, your nose is lovely, and ideally proportioned... unlike mine, on the other hand, which is ideally proportioned only in respect to my ego. Apologies to all concerned, but I cannot truck with others bemoaning their lot when they quite evidently have no basis upon which to issue such a complaint. True enough; one might argue that I am somewhat liable to wax on accordingly pertaining to the particular physical virtues of members of the opposite sex - being, as I am, a self-confessed, red-blooded human of the male variety - however, I nevertheless put it to you that it would not be in my best, red-blooded, masculine interest to do so, did these people not warrant such consideration in the first place. So you can take my word as gospel... and even if beauty is only in the eye of the beholder, I will tell you that there is certainly nothing wrong with regard to your present facial arrangement, as it stands. God, I can be such a romantic sometimes ;P

I suppose that we are all able to appreciate the presence of a halfway cogent political observer in our midst, at least in the capacity of an outlet by which we might vent our collective frustrations pertaining to all things Bush - sans effort. Needless to say, I for one have long since come to accept the blatant futility of such endeavours and all but given up hope of making any discernible difference in this regard; I have made that tragic but inevitable transition from "armchair revolutionary" to merely "armchair", and hence why my blog may appear ostensibly to have rebounded toward the opposite end of the topical spectrum to such a degree that all content to be found herein is about as unadulteratedly trivial as one could possibly hope to expect. Anyway, we digress - now, where on Earth did I leave that rare mauve Smartie...

N.B. In other news (albeit not entirely unrelated), I believe that I shall attempt to flog my old mp3 maschine à la black market, sort of like a side-portion to that steak and kidney pie I "procured" of late. Well, maybe just the kidney. Anyway, the upshot of this would be that, should my endeavours come to nothing (and they surely will), the aforementioned device is yours to keep, as per my prior promise. Feel free to gesticulate emphatically at your leisure - I would recommend one set aside perhaps two, maybe three days over the course of the coming week in which to do so. Yeah, I'm nice like that... no, Max, not like that...

Business as usual: it would appear that [she] is self-deprecating on her blog once again. To those who may purport to maintain any degree of familiarity with the heroine in question, I would not deem it in the least necessary for one to clarify that [she] is, in fact, one of the most uniquely, beautifully, mesmerically (and almost - but not quite yet - compromisingly) talented, and altogether, magnetic, individuals with whom I am yet to become acquainted by any means, conventional or otherwise (surreptitious voyeurism via upstairs porthole notwithstanding). She will write that novel; she will be published; and she will go to the Ball.
